Seven Visual Studios is operated by Seven Hills Solutions US. The service provides AI visual production, studio operations, and related agent workflows through sevenhillsus.com and protected backend systems.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company details, uploaded references, project instructions, messages, and support requests. If you sign in or connect an account through a third-party platform such as LinkedIn or Google, we may receive account identifiers, profile information, email address, access tokens, permission scopes, and related authorization metadata that you approve through that platform.
We also collect technical information needed to operate the service, including IP address, browser type, device data, timestamps, route access logs, authentication events, and diagnostic records.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and secure the studio workspace, authenticate users, process project requests, create and manage visual-production assets, operate job and business workflow tools, troubleshoot errors, respond to support requests, and improve service reliability.
When an external account is connected, we use approved API access only for the workflow the user authorized, such as sign-in, profile lookup, job-application support, or account-linked automation. We do not use connected account data for unrelated advertising resale.
Sharing and Service Providers
We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, email, analytics, cloud hosting, AI model, file storage, and integration providers that help us operate the service. These providers are used to process data on our behalf.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support security operations. Project files, generated assets, and connected-account tokens may be removed or rotated when no longer required.
Northstar Tutor uses Anam to provide live AI-avatar conversations. The current Anam service plan may retain conversation data. Northstar therefore tells learners not to submit personal, patient, financial, or health information in avatar conversations.
Security
We use access controls, protected backend services, environment-based secret storage, and operational logging to protect the service. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of account-linked information by contacting us. You can also revoke third-party account permissions through the account settings provided by that third-party platform.
Children
The service is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
